Due to high demand for this service please allow a minimum of 5 working days from submission of this form to your re-open date.

It is important that you complete a form for each location or postcode if you have multiple sites managed by Quench Me.

Re-Open Form

Would you like all your machines re-instated on this date. It is important that if you chose to part re-instate your machines you have read and understood the risks of bacteria build up. Any machines not reinstated need to be switched off and clearly labelled as outlines in Covid-19 Health and Safety Guidance for customers document.

This person may be contacted by Quench Me on the day of re-instatement or prior to the visit for more site information. 

It is important for all hot drinks machines to have a thorough deep clean, boiler drained and filter should be replaced.

For Quench Me Operated customers we will carry out this for you and all filter changes will be brought forward to align with your machine re-instatement dates.

For Self-Operated customers we will arrange for an engineer to attend site and perform the recommended boiler and filter services.  These services will be charged at the current call out rates.

In line with Industry recommendation Quench Me recommends a full internal and external sanitisation and filter change for ALL types of machines with a chilled water facility following a period of non-use.  

We will bring forward all sanitisation and any relevant filter change services to align with your machine re-instatement date.   This service will be charged at the current rate.
